ImageIt’s 2055 in Russia, and the equal rights movement for Robots led by Klikko is taking off. Klikko’s reasoning is that since robots are as intelligent as humans,  surely they should have the same rights? He manages to raise an army of like-minded Robots and they storm Russia, killing many humans and eventually taking control of the entire country.

Their fight for freedom escalates into a world war. The robots’ efficiency takes the world by surprise as they quickly conquer countries to be annexed into Klikko’s newly established rebel state, Kaxland (formerly Florida).

Back in the UK, a secret intelligence group known only as the “F.” plan Klikko’s downfall by sending an agent to live with him and another to assassinate him, but both plots are discovered by Klikko and promptly foiled. But could it be that Klikko has a point, and the F. aren’t all
that they appear to be?

The author, Natalie Igharo is a fourteen year old Nigerian and a third year secondary school student of St Paul's Catholic College, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, United Kingdom.
