NAS and Nelly for Star Mega Jam 08

Nas & Nelly

After collating votes from music fans across the country, the organisers of the annual Star Mega Jam have announced NAS and Nelly as the two international music artistes to grace this year's edition of the show.

They would be performing alongside Nigerian super stars including P-Square, D' Banj, 9ice, Timaya, Faze and Olu Maintain on the 12th and 13th of December in Lagos and Abuja respectively.

Previous editions of the show have witnessed performances of big names like Kanye West, 50 Cent, LL Cool J, Akon, Kelvin Little, Shaggy, Usher and Ja Rule amongst others.

The show, sponsored by Star Lager beer, is in its ninth edition and this time it is with remote broadcast in Akure and Lokoja.

Nelly whose full name is Cornell Haynes is a double grammy award winner while NAS is a self appointed 'King of New York' and was recently honoured in the first ever SoundCity Music Video Awards.

	R kelly r kelly is definatly the most gifted musician still living. i think rkelly should be brought in to perform

	so glad to see Nas and Nelly What's up Star Mega Jam, you guys are doing a great job, countinue doing this and may Almight God bless you for this.. Im so happy to see Nas and Nelly, i love them, but how i wish u can bring 50 cent back to lagos, i missed him when he came, im so broke then, but i can tell you now i dont know how much u may call it if u can do this, im ready to pay. Try do this, bring 50 cent and his group (G.Unit) or P.diddy and R.kelly. u will see how people will be happy.. Thanks once again.. Shine Shine Bobo... Na Star...
