Enyimba's Belgian tactician Maurice Cooreman is expected to leave Enyimba of Aba on the club's consent, and join Ghanaian outfit Asante Kotoko while striker Ezenwa Otorogu is linked with a move to South Africa.
Cooreman had joined the Aba Elephants after leading then unknown Ocean Boys of Brass to a shock league title, winning the title again at Aba in 2007 before leading Enyimba to a semi-final finish at this season's CAF Champions League.
The 65 year old will now join Asante on a two-year deal, replacing Bashiru Hayford as head coach while former coach of Nigeria's national team Austin Eguavoen will take over the reigns from Cooreman at Enyimba.
The Aba Elephants currently lie in the lower half of the Premier League with 10 points after an average start to the season though the club has a pile of outstanding matches to play including this midweek against arch-rivals Rangers of Enugu.
Meanwhile, speculation is rife that Enyimba striker Ezenwa Otorogu is poised to join South African Premier Soccer League club Ajax Cape Town with the deal expected to be completed within the week.
Otorogu's imminent exit would follow that of Stephen Worgu to Sudanese club El-Merreikh after Worgu scored 13 Champions League goals for the Aba Elephants.
