Samsung Blackjack II (Photo Cellphonedigest.net)
Though not a solely GSM handset, as it comes in both GSM/CDMA modes, the blackjack II comes loaded with impressive features. An improvement of the former blackjack, which was popular in the US and the UK for users on the AT&T wireless network, the blackjack II steps up the game in mobile technology.

This 13mm thick gadget weighs 116g. If I am permitted to say, it kind of looks like the blackberry popular over here in Naija. Display type on the blackjack is quite impressive with an LCD showing colour TFT/FD [16 BIT]. The phone steps up with a stronger battery; talktime 7hrs and standby time of 336hrs. The memory of 155MB, built in flash memory and improved processor ARM926EJ/OMAP1710 as well a the shared phone book capacity makes it quite distinct from the previous blackjack.

In addition to all this it posseses windows mobile 6, thus making it a 'really' smart phone. This gadget comes with a Qwerty keyboard, document viewer, music player a very generous memory card slot and stereo bluetooth headset with a starter pack.

I wonder why this was not released here in naija... Well, at least we still have the omnia to console ourselves. It's not like the blackjack is that superb {bad belle}. Infact I think the omnia offers far too much than the blackjack. what do you think?
