Data Okorodudu of JD7 Couture raises the bar for the African wax print and converts them into some of the most glamorous works of art.

ImageIt’s  no news that the Ankara now wears a new look, the news however is that, JD7's new Ankara  is a  major departure from the long worn gypsy skirts and long fish tail skirts and blouses, she introduces her newly inspired long flowy tops worn over ankle length stretch leggings or stretch jeans.

Kimono inspired cuts, rouged bustiers tops, amply flared chiffon sleeved numbers and the short and knee length Ankara, subtly festooned cocktail dresses and more.

The men are defiantly not left out of this new look as there caftan suits with inner waist coats made from hand woven aso-oke fabrics tailored for the man of discerning taste and impeccable class.

For the designer, these designs are inspired from the royal aristocratic princes from Northern and Western Africa.
