Orits Wiliki
Some of us would quite remember Pupa Orits Wiliki who was a frontline reggae musician in Nigeria in the 90's. If not for any other thing, we should remember him for composing the jingle for the FIFA WOrld Youth Championship Nigeria hosted in 1999.

More recent news about him would tell you that he has been out of the music scene for quite a while especially since he released his last album, 'The Good, The Bad, The Ugly' about some five years ago.

However, the reggae star is set to stage a come back with two new albums titled 'Lift Him Up Higher' and 'Fire Burn' which, according to him, will be released into the market before October runs out.

Real worthy of note is that this time around, Wiliki will be playing reggae the gospel way. "All I want to do is to praise God...I just had an encounter with God and so, I believe that my music stands as an avenue to express my sincere thanks to Him for all his goodness and love", Says he.

Talking about his long rest from the music scene, Wiliki said it was necessary so as to enable him restructure his music as 'I was not getting the dividend of what I was working for'.

He also said that his absence was not total as he has been into production full time since his last album.

I guess we all can look forward to the new albums and wish him a successful comeback...plus getting real rewards for his efforts.
