League Cup holders Tottenham Hotspur have been handed a tough fourth round fixture with Liverpool visiting White Hart Lane for a place in the quarterfinals.
Arsenal have been kept at home for the round, with fellow Premier League club Wigan Athletic visiting the Emirates Stadium to face an expected young Arsenal side.
Last season's finalist Chelsea will face Burnley in Stamford Bridge while Manchester United have been drawn at home to Queens Park Rangers and Seyi Olofinjana's Stoke City would host Rotherham United.
Other matches in the fourth round will see Sunderland host Blackburn Rovers, Watford travel to play Swansea City and Manchester City's conquerors, Brighton will face either Leeds United or Derby County.
The League Cup fourth round ties will hold in the first weekend of November.
