Nigeria's sole representative in the 2008 CAF Champions League, Enyimba finds itself in a must-win situation this weekend when Sudanese club Al-Hilal come visiting Aba on Sunday.
With all four teams in Group B in with a chance of making the semi-final, the Aba Elephants will look to recover from the 3-0 bashing it received at TP Mazembe in the last round of matches.
Enyimba currently is second in the group with six points from four games, one point ahead of third placed Al-Hilal who also must at least avoid defeat in Aba to remain with a realistic chance of making a second consecutive semi-final.
The other match in Group B this weekend will see leaders Coton Sport of Cameroun play away at TP Mazembe on Sunday. Group A meanwhile will see runaway leaders Al-Ahly needing just a point when it visits eternal rivals Zamalek to seal top spot in the group.
Zamalek, currently third with four points, however must defeat its Cairo rivals to remain in contention for a semi-final place. Before then, on Saturday, second placed ASEC Mimosas host FC Dynamos who must avoid defeat to stay in contention.
