Sub-Standard Works, Terminated Contracts - Kano Governor

Kano State Governor Ibrahim Sherakau has reiterated his administration's resolve to providing infrastructural facilities for the rapid development of the State, also stating that any ongoing work that falls below standards would have its contract terminated.

Governor Sherakau expressed his satisfaction on the level of work done so far on various contracted projects including the Doguwa - Durumin Iya road, Badawa road network and Sarkin Yaki road.

He also distributed nine vehicles to the Night Oil Disposal Assistance Programme and the Nursery Division of the State Ministry of Environment and was informed by the Environment Commissioner Garba Yusuf Abubakar of 2.6m varieties of seedlings being nursed by the Ministry for planting this year.
