The Football Challenge with Fash is starting to heat up following the eviction of two players so far from the show aiming to make a football star out of 30 aspiring talents from around Nigeria.

Yesterday saw the exit of Sunday Ochenne from the house in rather unorthodox circumstances as he actually was on winning side of the day, Dream Team which defeated Outcast 2-1 penalties after the game ended 1-1 earlier on.

Because of the loss of Outcast, their second in as many macthes played so far, three players;  Michael Egberinde whose brother Elijah plays for the Dream Team, Tolu Olaifa who was man of the match earlier on and Chinedu Okezie, were all put up for eviction from the House.

Head Coach (just in the House) John Fashanu, based on his evaluations however thought Michael had improved on his game so far especially his left foot which he considers an asset in today's game. For that, Michael was saved from eviction by Mr. Fash.

Next up was Tolu who according to Fash has worked hard on his game and being man of the match for the second game, he did not deserve to be evicted so he too was saved from eviction.

Last was Chinedu, and you could just feel the remorse in the atmosphere as Fash kept mum for a while before giving his opinion on the "baller". For Fash, Chinedu has also worked hard on improving his game and also shown a character which "I'm still trying to understand"...but in a nutshell Chinedu escaped eviction as well, to the relief of the Outcast team.

However, eviction on the night was inevitable and Fashanu pointed this out when he started by saying one rule was broken during the match earlier in the day...by then, Sunday could sense trouble at his doorstep. Explains why he was not at all surprised at being called up by Fashanu.

The ex-footballer then pointedout how getting sent off in the game his team (Dream Team) won could have proved a lot more costly as it could have jeopardised the chances of his fellow mates.

Fashanu also commented on his rash tackle from behind on Yahaya Aminu of the Outcast, injuring the baller's left achilles that by the way is a very serious area for a footballer to get injured...fash should know all about injuries since it was one that ended his football career.

So despite being on the winning side, Sunday got shown the exit door from the Football Challenge, leaving him in despair as to what could have been if he had not launched that tackle...

Sunday Ochenne joins former Outcast goalkeeper Lawan Adamu out of the House. Lawan was identified as the weakest link in the Outcast team that lost the first match in the Football Challenge, that game had ended 3-2 in favour of Dream Team as well.
