Election Tribunal: Enugu Governor's defense struck out

The Enugu State governor's defense to a petition by Action Congress Gubernatorial Candidate, Chief Dubem Onyia, seeking for the nullification of April 14 Governorship election in the State, was struck out today by the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Enugu.
